You are already a member of the plan provided by your employer or organization?

Transitioning to iA Financial Group is really simple.

Here is some useful information to help you through this transition.

If you already have an account in My Client Space because you have or had other products with iA Financial Group (e.g., a group insurance plan, an individual life insurance contract), you will be able to sign in by following these instructions:

If you have never created an account in My Client Space, see next section.

Go to ia.ca/registration.

Then click on "Client". Two options are available to you:

1. Quick registration

With Verified.Me, an authentication service developed by SecureKey Technologies Inc., you can confirm your identity through your financial institution.

  • Click on “Continue with Verified.Me”
  • Choose your financial institution and follow the steps to create your account

Important: the data used to identify yourself is encrypted.

2. Traditional registration

This registration can be done with an activation key.

  • Click on “Register” under the “Traditional registration” option
  • Enter your first and last names, date of birth and home postal code, and click on “Continue”
    – If you have an activation key: enter your activation key and click on “Continue”
    – If you do not have an activation key: click on “I don’t have this information”. Choose how you would like to receive your activation key (if iA Financial Group does not have your email address on file, you will receive your activation key by mail)
  • Follow the other steps to finish creating your account

Once your account is created, go to ia.ca/myaccount and sign in.

To know more about how and when your savings will be transferred from the previous provider to iA Financial Group, go to the Messages from your employer tab.

Sign in to My Client Space to take the test and see what your investor profile is. It's important to take this test regularly. Depending on your situation (age, career stage and life events), your financial risk tolerance level may change, which may have an impact on the composition of your investment portfolio.
